I'm Piers Varley. I live in Charlotte, and I build practical AI agents and automations for local businesses across the metro, from Gastonia and Mooresville to Rock Hill and Fort Mill.

Most small businesses don't need an “AI strategy.” They need the phone answered when they're on a job, leads followed up the same hour, reminders that cut no-shows, and a steady stream of reviews. That's the work I focus on.

This site is a free directory of the use cases I think actually make sense for local service businesses: answering calls you'd otherwise miss, following up on leads fast, getting more reviews, cutting no-shows, and chasing quotes. Each entry includes the tools, the real setup gotchas, and a prompt you can copy. If you'd rather do it yourself, go for it.

If you'd rather have it done for you, that's what I do. I start with how your business works today, use the tools you already pay for when I can, build everything in accounts you own, and keep a person in the loop wherever money, safety, health or legal questions come up.
