FAQ
Is the audit really free? What's the catch?+
Yes. It's 30 minutes and you get a written summary either way. Some businesses hire me afterward to build things. Many just use the summary themselves. Both are fine.
Do I need to be "techy"?+
No. If you can describe how a customer goes from first call to paid invoice, that's enough. I handle the technical part.
Will an AI agent annoy my customers or sound like a robot?+
Not if it's set up properly. Agents are scripted around your actual process, always offer a way to reach a person, and get reviewed regularly. If something isn't working, we change it or turn it off.
Do I have to switch software?+
Usually not. I start with what you already use (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Dentrix, Open Dental, OpenTable, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, etc.) and add tools only when needed.
What does it cost to run afterward?+
That depends on the tools and how much you use them (voice minutes, texts, subscriptions). You'll get an estimate of monthly software costs before anything is built.
How long does a project take?+
A Quick Win typically takes 1-3 weeks. Texting registration (A2P 10DLC) can add time, which is why we start it early. Build projects are scoped during the audit.
What about privacy, HIPAA, and texting rules?+
For healthcare I use vendors that sign BAAs and keep patient details out of messages. For texting I follow carrier registration and consent rules. For legal and real estate, scripts follow your professional rules (e.g. no legal advice, Fair Housing). Your compliance decisions are yours, and I'll flag the issues I see.
Do you work outside Charlotte?+
Yes. I work across the metro, including Gastonia, Concord, Huntersville, Mooresville, Matthews, Monroe, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Indian Land and Lake Wylie. Most work is remote, with on-site visits by appointment.
What results can I expect?+
