What I collect

When you request an audit, I collect what you enter in the form (name, business, contact details, and answers about your business), plus the page you came from and any campaign (UTM) tags, so I know which use case brought you here. Newsletter signups collect your email address.

How I use it

Only to respond to your request, prepare and follow up on your audit, and send the newsletter if you opted in. I don't sell or rent your information.

Texts and calls

I'll only call or text about your audit. Texting requires the separate SMS consent checkbox, and you can reply STOP at any time. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting an audit.

Services I use

The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and events (such as button clicks) without cookies. Form emails are delivered through Resend. The newsletter runs on Buttondown. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any issue, and you can ask me to delete what you submitted by replying to any email from me.
